Carolyn Smithrud Has a Passion For Customer Service
With over 25 years of administrative training at previous career positions, Carolyn realized her passion for helping others as an administrator, corporate trainer and facilitator. This passion for customer service and love for the Willamette Valley led her to open Wheels N Time in 2014, where she not only is a driver, but also a tour guide who enjoys sharing knowledge of the area with locals and visitors alike.
Carolyn has driven residents from the local area and also visitors from England to Anchorage, and from New Zealand to New York. Her roomy and immaculate Ford Flex accommodates up to six passengers, and for larger groups she uses a 12 passenger Ford F350 Van. These cars have taken Carolyn on many adventures - she loves the freedom and promise of the open road.
With deep family roots in Oregon wine country and a McMinnville, Ore. resident for over 20 years, Carolyn knows the area well. Her flawless driving record, friendliness, and professionalism allow passengers to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
When not driving her guests to their destination, Carolyn likes to meet friends for coffee, spend time with her grandchildren, develop a new recipe, or explore the Oregon Coast and Columbia River Gorge.
